7 ngày 'ai ở đâu ở yên đó', Đà Nẵng tách hàng trăm F0 ra khỏi cộng đồng

A quiet street in Da Nang on the 7th day of social distancing.

The city extended social distancing for another three days in a bid to separate F0 cases from the community.

In the past week, Da Nang streets were quiet. All people stayed home. On the streets, there were only police forces on duty, and vehicles transporting essential goods and medical materials. Da Nang Police Agency set up 200 mobile patrol teams to monitor and handle violators.

Local residents were provided with necessities through 10 supermarkets and 187 convenience stores.

Residential groups set up quick response teams to receive information and help people when needed.

During this time, the city mobilized 30,000 sets of gifts to give to poor, near-poor, disadvantaged and temporarily unemployed people.

Da Nang authorities decided to provide support to an additional 50,000 disadvantaged households.

The city has allowed about 1,000 shippers to work in the next three days under social distancing.

The results obtained in the past seven days have shown that Da Nang is on the right track in epidemic prevention.

"With overall solutions, the city hopes that agencies, organizations, businesses and people will understand and share difficulties with us. I firmly believe that, with the consensus and determination of the political system and people, Da Nang will soon repel the Covid-19 epidemic," said Da Nang’s Chairman Le Trung Chinh.
