The Danang Tourism Promotion Center announced the news following the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the travel site on February 26.

According to Kelvin Wu, co-founder of Fayfay.com, Danang remains a popular destination among international visitors, and Fayfay.com is considering the city for its expansion plan in central Vietnam. Under the agreement, the travel ecommerce site will promote Danang’s history and culture, alongside its quality services and local tourism experiences.

In the years to come, the number of Asian tourists to Vietnam, particularly from Hong Kong and Taiwan, is forecast to surge. Therefore, the city hopes that tourism products and tour-related services offered on Fayfay.com will inspire more travelers to visit Danang City, which boasts breathtaking beaches, said Huynh Thi Lan Huong, deputy director of the center.

Aside from providing a wide selection of tourism packages, Fayfay.com supports tourists with essential travel services such as visa applications, SIM cards and transportation. Moreover, on the platform, travelers can book activities such as lantern-making or silver-smithing with the locals.
