After three years of interruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) will return to the central city next summer.
The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2021 will be cancelled because the Covid-19 pandemic continues in many countries especially some Southeast Asian nations, an official has said.
