The Aria Da Nang Hotel & Resort project, located along the beautiful Truong Sa coastal road in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang, remains unfinished and abandoned.

The project, which broke ground in January 2020, was expected to be completed by Q4 2022. With an estimated total investment of approximately $750 million, the project is owned by the Hanoi Non Nuoc Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company, with Danh Khoi Group acting as the project developer.

Spanning an area of 63,214 square meters, the project was designed to include two 30-story apartment towers, two 9-story hotel towers, 28 beachfront villas, and a basement connecting the apartment towers.

On October 15, a visit to the site by our reporter revealed the project’s prime location along the picturesque coastal road of Truong Sa-Võ Nguyen Giap, directly overlooking Non Nuoc Beach. However, construction progress has been halted, leaving partially built structures abandoned, overgrown with weeds. Some sections have become stagnant pools of rainwater, with no visible signs of ongoing construction.
