Key trading companies, shopping malls, supermarkets and convenience stores are allowed to operate at full capacity with 100% of employees.

State agencies can operate with up to 10% of employees and implement the “three on site” model (working, eating, resting on the site).

All employees must have periodic negative test results for SARS-CoV-2 as and be vaccinated against Covid-19.

Factories and production facilities are allowed to have up to 30% of their employees and operate under the “three on site” model.

Delivery staff and shippers are permitted to work from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. They must be fully vaccinated with two vaccine doses and have a SARS-CoV-2 test every three days by RT-PCR method.

Areas with low risk (green zone) are those without Covid-19 infection cases in the community for 14 consecutive days.

Da Nang imposed the “stay where you are” policy from 8 a.m. on August 16 to 8 a.m. on August 23. Under this policy, all activities are stopped and people are not allowed to leave their homes.

On August 21, Da Nang decided to extend the policy for another three days, from 8:00 am on August 23 to 8am on August 26.

In the past few days, Da Nang has conducted two large-scale tests for more than 730,000 people representing 730,000 households throughout the city. It detected 225 infection cases from August 16 to 28.
