VietNamNet Bridge - Da Nang City People's Committee has issued the recruitment plan of administrative civil servants in 2012. Accordingly, candidates who do not currently work at state agencies in the city must graduate from colleges before 2011 with excellent marks.

For candidates who hold post-university diplomas, their diplomas must be from good level or higher, with specialized trainings that are appropriate to the positions and they must be 35 years of age.
For candidates who are recruited under the project to attract high-quality human resources and those who are trained under Projects 47, 393 (projects to develop high-quality human resources) and are recruited by state agencies in the city must assessed as good or more.
Candidates who are heroes of the armed forces, labor heroes, war invalids, the beneficiaries of policies for war invalids will have 30 bonus points. Ethnic minority people, police officers, professional soldiers, specialized workers, children of war invalids and martyrs will have 20 bonus points; those who have finished their military service, obligatory service period in the people's police force, members of vanguard youth organizations, young intellectuals volunteers who involve in the development of rural and mountain area will have 10 bonus points.
This year Da Nang will recruit 148 civil servants. The recruitment examination is scheduled in November 2012.
