VietNamNet Bridge – Police of Dak Lak, a province in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, has found  the young man who was filmed driving a motorbike by his bottom and reprimanded him.
On September 24, traffic police bureau of Dak Lak province and the local government of Ea Ktur commune organized a meeting to reprimand Le Nguyen Chau Sa, 32, for driving motorbike by his buttocks.

Earlier, a video clip was uploaded on the Internet, filming a man who was then defined as Sa, driving a motorbike by his buttocks, without helmet and on a crowded road.

According to Dak Lak’s police, the video clip was recorded in 2007. At that time, this man lied on the motorbike without a helmet, driving his motorbike by his buttocks on National Highway 27 from Dak Lak to Lam Dong province.

Sa declared that at that time, he managed a cell phone shop, so he shot this video as impressive “bonus” for his customers. He hired a professional studio to make that video clip. He did not know who posted the video clip on the net.

As the mistake was made over four years ago, the local government could not fine the man. They only reprimanded and asked him to obey traffic law. The man promised to not repeat the offence.

The 5-minute video clip appeared on the Internet on September 8. With the register number of Dak Lak province, the motorbike and its owner were quickly identified.
