Diem Huong ranks 17th of Miss Grand Slam
Miss Vietnam takes Miss Bikini at Miss Earth pageant
Diem Huong is a student at Lotus College in HCM City. She represented Vietnam at the Miss Earth 2010 pageant and won the title Miss Swimsuit. The same year, Diem Huong ranked 17th in Global Beauties’ Miss Grand Slam poll.
Coming to Miss Universe 2012 pageant, the biggest advantages of Diem Huong are her bright, photogenic face and especially her splendid and charming smile. However, she does not have much experience on the catwalk. Foreign language is also a matter for her.
A few months ago, there were rumors that the Miss Universe 2012 competition would not be held because the Dominican Republic government could not prepare $16 million for it.
But after several attempts, the Miss Universe Organization decided to delay the competition for over one month and move it to Las Vegas, USA.
On December 2, all contestants will be in the U.S. to begin the 20-day competition.
Miss Universe 2012 finale is scheduled on December 20. More than 90 beauties from nations and territories worldwide have registered for the pageant.
