Ngo Tuong Minh (first from the right) – a 7th grader - and his relative went to a store on Vo Nguyen Giap Street to buy a Vietnamese flag T-shirts. 

According to a local store, the Vietnamese flag T-shirts and small hand-held flags are sold very well.

Major streets in Dien Bien Phu City such as Vo Nguyen Giap, 7/5, Tran Can, Truong Chinh and relics are decorated with the national flags, flowers, and banners.
