In 2019, Vietnam continues to participate in multilateral cooperation mechanism and global forums and the country has confidently confirmed its role as a responsible and credible member of the international community.

 2013 was a landmark year for Vietnam in terms of external relations, with deeper ties forged with countries worldwide creating an environment of peace and stability in which every Vietnamese citizen has benefitted, Deputy PM Pham Binh Minh said.
