Spring tourist site is one of the most prominent in the southern province of Hau Giang, enticing a large number of travelers.
Spring tourist site is located in Tan Phuoc Hung commune, Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province, about 35km from Can Tho city. Visitors can immerse themselves in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in the tourist site. The indigo forest highlighting the tourist site is home to thousands of birds. Visitors are impressed by the romantic natural scenery of waterways in the western region. Covering an area of 130 hectares, Spring Bird Garden is a hotspot, enticing a large number of tourists. It is home to 20,000 birds. According to a study of Can Tho University, Spring Bird Garden is home to 67 types of birds, with two rare species of animals listed in the Red Book namely Co oc (snail storks) and Dien Dien. A restricted area in the bird garden belongs to a conservation area. In the dry season, fire prevention efforts are strengthened with staff working around the clock. After a tour, visitors are brought to an observatory in the middle of the area. Tourists will have a panoramic view of the vast indigo forest and paddy fields. Visitors can join interesting games.
