Bao, alongside composers Ngoc Dai and Tran Tien, have played significant roles in the singer's music career, their songs helping Ha show off her emotional and sophisticated voice.
Having settled in the US after her 2004 marriage, Ha continued her exploration of overseas Vietnamese music with support from her husband, Binh Doan, a music producer and composer in his own right. The singer regularly appeared at in-vogue music shows held by Vietnamese communities abroad.
Ha has maintained her domestic connection with releases such as HaTran 9803, Doi Thoai 06 (Dialogue 06), Tinh Ca Qua The Ky (Love Songs Remain Through Centuries) and Tran Tien.
During her Ha Noi show, fans will have the chance to enjoy the songs that made Ha famous.
Expecting her first child at the end of this year, the singer will perform songs of Minimal Beasts – Vi Sinh, an album recorded by Whodat, led by her husband.
Songs from her newest album Hat Ru (Lullaby), to be released in December, will also be performed.
Ha Noi-based rock band Ngu Cung (Pentatonic) will share the stage with Ha in support.
In order to bring rock to Vietnamese audiences, the five-member band writes songs on modern life, having won first prize at the Tiger Translate contest in competition with rock bands from across Viet Nam in 2007.
The show is set to commence by 8pm tonight, tomorrow and Sunday at the Nguy Nhu Kon Tum Auditorium, 19 Le Thanh Tong Street, Ha Noi.
