A live performance by three DJs Ed Davenport from the UK, Christ Wolter from Germany and B.A.X from Vietnam and live visuals by EROL from Sweden will take place on July 17 from 9 p.m. at the The Observatory in HCMC’s District 4.

Pulse is a smaller, more spontaneous variant of main events of Heart Beat Saigon, a HCMC-based group of DJs from various countries.

The Pulse #8 party features the 29 year-old Briton Ed Davenport who runs his own label, Counterchange Recordings, co-runs the historic Infrastructure New York imprint with Function, and also releases music under his Inland guise. An Ed Davenport remix for Par Grindvik’s Stockholm Ltd will surface this summer, with a tough interpretation of Andre Kronert’s ‘C.O.D.E.2’. Andre Kronert was Heart Beat’s headliner last June.

B.A.X, Chris Wolter and EROL are regular faces at Heart Beat as well as Pulse events where they show their great talent and energy to audiences. Audiences can log in https://heartbeatsaigon.bandcamp.com/album/scorpion-ep to enjoy the latest remix of Heart Beat Recordings.

Admission to the Pulse #8 party from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. is free. Those who come afterwards will be charged VND150,000 per person and students will get tickets at VND100,000 per person.
