A spoon with a "white crystal- like substance on it" and remnants of a "white powdery substance" were found in the hotel room where Whitney Houston died nearly two months ago, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office said in a final report on the late pop superstar 's death which was released on Wednesday.

"Remnants of a white powdery substance" were also found. Officials found more white powder on the base of a portable mirror, according to the report which gives a detailed description of the scene.
Houston, 48, was found dead in a bathtub at the posh hotel. Coroners said in a March 22 preliminary report that the pop diva had cocaine, marijuana, Xanax, Flexeril and some other prescription drugs in her system.
In that report, officials listed the singer's death as accidental drowning, but cocaine and heart disease were contributing factors.
According to the final report, officials found Whitney's body which was lying face down in the bath tub. It said there were no signs of foul play.
In addition, an ashtray with multiple cigarette butts was also spotted by investigators in the bathroom where Houston died.
The bathtub, in which the superstar drowned, contained 12 (30 cm) to 13 inches (33 cm) of water in it, and the floor was covered with water, officials said.
