The project will consist of a golf court complex and a luxury international resort.

Magnum CEO Sam Rehani visited Thanh Hoa recently to sign an investment agreement with Dong A Real Estate Corporation.

The group will send the world’s leading experts in planning to research and develop the project, to ensure the Truong Le Mountain becomes a world-class resort, noted Sam Rehani.

He proposed that Thanh Hoa create the best possible conditions for his group to complete the project on schedule.

Both sides agreed that this project is an important initial step for Magnum Group to invest in other areas in Thanh Hoa.

Chairman of Thanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee Trinh Van Chien urged both sides to complete necessary procedures to kick-start the project as quickly as possible.

According to an approved detailed planning, Truong Le Mountain ecological-cultural tourism zone covers an area of about 230 hectares, and will be developed into an attractive tourist destination.

Truong Le Mountain is located in the south of Sam Son town, 16km from Thanh Hoa city centre.
