In this sequel Dustin Nguyen plays the man named Lee Kung. Opening the second part, RZA returns as Blacksmith. Blacksmith is injured and falls down to a stream and drifts to a small village. Kung Lee's daughter discovers him and brings him home for healing.

For a long time, Lee Kung hid himself in this small village with his wife and daughter. When his village was suppressed by a gang, who came for mineral, Blacksmith encouraged Lee Kung to reveal his identity to stand against the enemy.
