The project, piloted in three years by the Dalat City Tour Co., Ltd, aims to meet the increasing travel demand of visitors and boost environmentally-friendly public transportation in the resort city.

Under the project, a total of 30 European-standard cars with 8-11 seats will work from 7:30 am to 10pm daily on five routes, going through Xuan Huong and Tuyen Lam lakes, Thung Lung Tinh Yeu tourist site, Thai Phien flower village and Linh Phuoc pagoda.

As one of famous resort cities in Vietnam, Da Lat embraces the typical natural and cultural features of the Central Highlands. The city, nestled at 1,500 metres above sea level, is quiet and pretty all year with mild climate and temperatures varying between 15 and 24 degree Celsius.

It is known by several names which all indicate its romantic beauty: “Little Paris”, “City of Pine Forests” and “Land of Mist”. But the name “Kingdom of flowers” is perhaps its most impressive and accurate.

Lam Dong is also among the hi-tech agricultural production localities nationwide, and it has been piloting agro-tourism villages, aiming to draw more domestic and international tourists to the province.

Lam Dong province has about 1,300 accommodation establishments, 100 tourist attractions and 58 travel agencies, as well as thousands of collectives and individuals offering tourism services.
