The Indochina Silver Langur Herd (Trachypithecus germaini) is an endemic species in the southern province of Kien Giang. They are ranked at the VU level, also. In the picture is an individual langur rescued from poachers, which is being bred at the Hon Me Wildlife Rescue Center.

The pygmy slow loris (Nycticebus pygmaeus) is threatened with extinction in Vietnam. The animal is now ranked at the Vulnerable level (VU - High risk of endangerment in the wild) in the Vietnam Red Book. WAR has rescued more than 60 individuals from the hands of poachers and most of them have been released back into the wild.

Nearly 70 Asian black bears are living in the rescue stations of WAR. These bears had previously been in captivity for a long time so they lost the ability to search for food in the wild, so they will not be released back into the forest. They are ranked at an Endangered level (EN).

After some time living in the Hon Me Wildlife Rescue Center, this lesser adjutant (Leptoptilos javanicus) was released on a small island in U Minh Thuong National Park. This large bird species is ranked at the Vulnerable level (VU).

The Sunda pangolin (Manis javanica) is developing well in the Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station. More than 100 individuals were released to the wild after their instincts for the wild were restored. This species is threatened with extinction at the Endangered level (EN).

Before being transferred to the Bear and Cat Rescue Center in the Cat Tien National Park, this leopard was taken care of at the Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Center from 2009 to 2011. This species is listed at the Critically Endangered level (CR).

This snakebird has been released to the wild after a period of time living in the Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station. This species is now at the Vulnerable level (VU).

Of the more than 70 yellow-cheeked gibbons rescued, nearly 30 individuals have been released back into the wild. This species is threatened with extinction at the Endangered level (EN).

The photos of these animals will be on display in the exhibition "Lucky Wildlife" held by WAR from April 15 to May 15 at Eo Xoai Resort, Phu Quoc Island.
