The exhibition, inspired by the nature and people of Northwest Vietnam, is the result of an art workshop organized and funded by VICAS ART STUDIO in 2018.
Five artists with different styles have created 24 artworks that will on display at the exhibition. Five talented artists with five unique outlooks present profound and creative ways of “seeing” the mountainous northwestern part of Vietnam – a theme that is no longer new.

Hanoi-Nàng Project 01: “Green Days”

The first workshop series in Vietnam that applies contemporary fashion design as a relaxation therapy technique to help people gain work-life balance. Audiences with no designing skills are welcome.
The first workshop, titled “Green Days”, will teach participants ribbon embroidery, help them get the hang of the basic embroidery stitches and color composition of an embroidery work and develop creative thinking.
Materials will be prepared, but you are welcome to bring stuff you want to decorate – bras, dresses, shirts, bags, hats,… – we will help you turn them into lively works of art.
