Chef Burtin is known for his passion for food and chose a professional career as a chef from a young age. Growing up in suburban France, his cooking style reflects a belief in a sustainable approach to gastronomy that uses the freshest of ingredients from the garden. 

Visiting Hà Nội with chef Burtin, pastry chef Marie Simon, also from the restaurant L'Amaryllis, will prepare her best desserts to offer guests. After winning the 2018 “Sweet Arts” championship, she has gained career success with the opening of a popular pastry shop in Beaune, France. 

These culinary events are for those who love experiencing modern French cuisine. During the event, from April 10-14, connoisseurs can enjoy the unique ‘Guest Chef’ dinner menu offering which incorporates six courses from appetizers to main dishes, and a delectable dessert.

On April 12, a wine dinner of E. Guigal and the exceptional caviar brand – Sturia will take place at Rendezvous Champagne Bar.

Furthermore, on April 14, the four-hand Sunday Brunch collaborating with Chef de Cuisine Jean-François Nulli will be the highlight.

Gourmands can also enjoy relaxing afternoons with a high tea by pastry chef Marie Simon April 12-14 at The Lounge.  — VNS
