Based on Le Thiet Cuong’s initiative, seven painters left their home on the first day of October, the first day of Hanoi’s 1000th anniversary, to portray Hanoi’s landmarks like the Hanoi Opera House, The Huc bridge, Long Bien bride, Hang Dau water tower, Temple of Literature, Dong Xuan market, etc.
A photographer and a cameraman took photographs and filmed the working day of the seven artists.
They hoped that photos, video clips and paintings made that day would portrait a 1000-year-old Hanoi.
