VietNamNet Bridge – More than 50 sketches of women during the wars by 29 noted painters will be displayed between May 14 and 28 at the Viet Nam Fine Arts Museum.

The sketches portray vivid images of women in their daily life during the wars against French and American invaders. The contributing artists include Tran Van Can (1910-1994), Phan Ke An (1923), Huynh Van Thuan (1921) and Nguyen Tu Nghiem (1922-2016).

The sketches are part of the Frontline collection, gathering 1,000 sketches made during the wars by 65 famed painters of Viet Nam.

The museum is locates on 66 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street.
