Experience new yoga/meditation tour in Lam Dong's pine forest
A tour that combines meditation and yoga lasting 3-5 days, priced from VND13 to VND35 million per person, is a relatively new kind of service in Vietnam.
Vietnam’s natural resources, climatic conditions and the increasing demand of tourists are all favorable conditions for the development of this product line.
Besides Vietnam, countries with favorable conditions to develop this model are India, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan.
Joining the tour, in addition to sightseeing, learning about local culture, the main part of the trip is meditation and yoga sessions. In the open and quiet natural space, visitors have the opportunity to find themselves, and are encouraged to live and think positively.
Early in the morning, they sit quietly and perform simple yoga movements to start the day, listen to the warmth of movement spreading in their body, feel the early morning sun gradually spreading, thereby discovering the inner self, breathing in harmony with nature.
The pine forest in Dasar commune, Lac Duong district of the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong, surrounded by cool streams, is an ideal place to meditate and practice yoga. Sitting in the pine forest, breathing the gentle and pure air and being away from the hustle and bustle of life is what many tourists enjoy.
Nutrition is an important part of the trip. With high-class tours, visitors also get high-class health care services such as spa (treatment with steam and natural mineral water), body detox and guide to a balanced and healthy diet.

In the yoga tour, there is also a type of candle meditation. Attendees will be sharing emotional things, they may cry, but after that moment it is a feeling of relief.
In the afternoon, visitors walk in the primeval forest and in the evening, they can light a campfire... These activities are all to encourage people to focus on feeling their bodies to find relaxation and return to themselves.
At this time, visitors will have a feeling of being soothed and relieved with cold water touching the body, below, the pebbles are also gently massaged for the soles of the feet. Thereby, they practice how to be gentle with themselves.
