Located about 9 kilometers from the center of Phan Thiet city, the romantically named "Sunset Slope" draws numerous young tourists with its tranquil and unspoiled charm. This spot is perfect for watching the sun set, as golden hues gradually blend with the emerald sea.
Nestled at the foot of Co Mountain in Phu Hai Ward, the "Sunset Slope" offers an idyllic vantage point for sunset admirers.
Each time of day brings a unique beauty to this coastal road, but true to its name, the best time to visit "Sunset Slope" is between 4 and 6 PM. Riding along this scenic path, visitors can hear the gentle lapping of the waves, breathe in the fresh sea air, and gaze at the sea as it transforms into a canvas of gold and amber.
In the evening, the slope becomes a popular spot for tourists. However, it is important to note that this area is part of a busy road, so visitors should avoid stopping at blind curves or parking in a way that obstructs traffic.
Le Kim Thanh, a local resident, notes that this slope has seen an increase in visitors recently. "This place has gained fame since the beginning of the year. It's indeed a beautiful spot for sunsets with panoramic views. Visitors can also explore nearby attractions like Lau Ong Hoang and Ong Dia Rock," he shares.
In Phan Thiet, another slope known as the "Long Slope" is also gaining popularity. Situated on Xuan Thuy Street in Mui Ne, this slope offers breathtaking views of the verdant sea and winding mountain ranges in the distance, often likened to scenes from a music video.
