Located on Doc Lap Street, opposite Ba Dinh Square, where President Ho Chi Minh proclaimed the founding of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, the National Assembly Building spans five floors above ground and two underground floors, covering 35,000 square meters. The project had an investment of approximately VND 5,500 billion.

Recognized as one of the largest convention centers in Southeast Asia at the time of its inauguration, the National Convention Center is built on 60 hectares, featuring a 3,747-seat main hall, 20 smaller meeting rooms, and modern infrastructure. It includes an underground garage, a fountain square, and a helipad.

The T2 passenger terminal at Noi Bai International Airport covers 139,216 square meters, with four floors dedicated to international arrivals and departures. The project had a nearly USD 1 billion investment from Japan's ODA fund and was completed in January 2015.

The most important venue within the National Sports Complex, My Dinh Stadium seats 40,192 spectators and features modern lighting and a 2,300-ton roof structure. The stadium was completed just in time for the 22nd SEA Games in 2003.

Connecting central districts with Dong Anh and Noi Bai International Airport, Nhat Tan Bridge spans 9.17 kilometers, with a 1.5-kilometer stretch crossing the Red River. Completed in January 2015, the project had an investment of VND 13,626 billion.

Thang Long Avenue is a 29.264-kilometer-long expressway built to celebrate Hanoi's 1,000-year anniversary. The project cost VND 7,527 billion and features multiple lanes, bridges, and green spaces along its path.

This complex of hotels, offices, and residential units features two 50-story apartment towers and a 72-story commercial tower. It is a symbol of Hanoi’s economic development and a notable architectural landmark.

Vietnam’s first urban railway line, Cat Linh - Ha Dong, began commercial operations in November 2021 after a decade of construction, with a total investment exceeding VND 18,000 billion.

After 14 years of construction, the Nhon - Hanoi Station metro line officially opened its elevated section in August 2024. Hanoi plans to complete 96.8 kilometers of urban railway by 2030, with a total investment of USD 14.602 billion.

Located next to CV1 Reservoir Park, the newly built Hanoi Children’s Palace spans 40,000 square meters and features an 18-story Astronomy Tower, an all-season swimming pool, and multiple functional rooms. The project was completed in June 2024.

Hoang Ha
