Sin Suoi Ho village in the northern mountainous province of Lai Chau has attracted a large number of visitors in recent times thanks to its natural scenery which includes wild sunflowers, terraced fields, majestic waterfalls and unique cultural characteristics.
Sin Suoi Ho valley in Lai Chau. Bach Moc Luong Tu mountain in the region is the third highest mountain in Vietnam and stands at over 3000 meters above sea level. Visitors are interested in the unique cultural characteristics that are home to Suoi Sin Ho village. At present, 10 households in the village have developed homestay services. They can provide accommodation for more than 100 visitors per night at the mere price of only VND70,000 per night. Attractive Mong ethnic girls deliver an art performance while wear their traditional dresses. On December 5, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue visited the hamlet of Mong ethnic people in Sin Suoi Ho village. Deputy PM Hue visited wild orchid gardens in Sin Suoi Ho, which generates a stable income for local residents. The entrance to Sin Suoi Ho village is completely surrounded by a carpet of wild sunflowers. |
