VietNamNet Bridge – The director of “Pao’s Story” – Ngo Quang Hai – turned the “Code of Style” fashion show into a magic show of fashion, drama and performance art.

In the show, which took place in HCM City on January 20, used leading Vietnamese models as representatives for new lifestyles of the age.

The stage didn’t look like a catwalk and didn’t have a backstage. Models were hidden in two big boxes on the stage. Special effects of modern sound and light systems surprised the audience.

Supermodel Ha Anh opened the show as a standard woman of family. Performing with a baby carriage, Ha Anh walked charmingly to classical music. The music suddenly changed into the bustling rhythm of ABBA’s “Mamma Mia” and the second girl appeared in a dynamic style. The girl of work and technology was performed by model Phuong Mai.

Supermodel and beauty queen Vo Hoang Yen followed Phuong Mai as a party girl. Her performance was supported by a video clip about girls that live in the lap of luxury.

Anh Thu featured a dynamic photographic journalist.

“Each person wants to perfect himself and make his own style. However, many people are busy themselves with decoding their lifestyle. Code of Style is the message for people to be more self-confident in building their own style,” said director Quang Hai.

Between the fashion story were new collections of emerging designers like Hoang Ngan, Chung Thanh Phong and Kelly Bui.
