VietNamNet Bridge – France’s Champs-Élysées boulevard will be “rebuilt” in Hanoi’s Intercontinental Hotel to serve the second Fashion Boulevard show on July 19.

Fashion Boulevard is an annual fashion show by F magazine. The second show will feature the atmosphere of Paris, the world’s fashion kingdom, with Champs-Élysées avenue as the highlight.

The show will attract Vietnam’s top models – Thanh Hang, Hoang Yen, Ngoc Quyen, Phuong Mai – and pop star Ho Ngoc Ha, besides nearly 30 other Vietnamese and foreign models.

The show will introduce collections by designers Do Manh Cuong and Hoang Xuan Son. While Son will bring to the catwalk--clothes with the style of the 1970s, Cuong will showcase “ready to wear” products.

Directed by highly-regarded director Viet Tu, the catwalk will feature an old Paris. The organizing board explained that the theme of the show is “When it begins” so the image of a gloomy Paris before becoming the world’s fashion kingdom will be reproduced to transmit the message of “the beginning” to the audiences.
