VietNamNet Bridge – A woman fell from the 11th floor of a hotel which is under construction to the fourth floor, but she only suffers from some wounds.

The incident occurred in the morning of December 21, in Vinh City, Nghe An province. The victim is Ho Thi Lien, 35, from Quynh Luu district, Nghe An.

The woman is now being treated at the Hospital of Nghe An Province. Injuries to her head and arms are stable but the patient still vomits blood owing to viscera wounds.
Lien recalled: “When I was standing on the 11th floor to arrange pieces of iron for cranes to move to the 16th floor, the iron bar that I was standing on suddenly curved. I fell with it …”

Luckily, a net on the fourth floor held the woman. However, the fall has caused serious wounds to her liver, head and limbs.

Falling from the 11th floor but Lien was still in full command. “I did not faint. I called others to save me because I was pressed by pieces of iron,” Lien said.

Lien was immediately brought to the Nghe An Hospital for first aid.

The woman is still under doctors’ close watch.
