Local villagers in motley costumes parade through the streets of Tho Ha on February 28 at the triennial village festival.

The festival brings thousands to the small village in Bac Giang Province, about 60km from Hanoi.

It is held every three years to honour the patron saint of the village and Dao Tri Tien, the village's pottery ancestor.

It has been recognized as national intangible cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism since 2012.

The procession begins at 10:00 am and finishes at noon at the village’s communal house.
