In this August, you are invited to the film month “Children of heaven” with 4 films from Brazil, Iran, Italy and USA at the Centre for Assistance and Development of Movie Talents (TPD) in Hanoi. 

In some ways, they are connected with childhood memories or stories about children all over the world.

The film month “Children of heaven” is to celebrate the award ceremony “Golden Lotus Bud 2016” by TPD with the first screening of “Children of Heaven” from Iran.

CHILDREN OF HEAVEN is a 1997 Iranian family drama film written and directed by Majid Majidi. It deals with a brother and sister and their adventures over a lost pair of shoes.

It was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1998.
