VietNamNet Bridge – Up to 400 firemen, hundreds of health workers, dozens of ambulances and fire trucks were mobilized for a rehearsal at the Vincom Center building in HCM City’s hub on December 7.

Several minutes after the building’s fire alarm bell rang and smoke spread from the eighth floor of the building, firemen and health workers were sent to the site to put the fire under control and rescue the victims.

The fire was extinguished after only 30 minutes.
