VietNamNet Bridge – The Da nang International Firework Festival opened on the evening of April 29, on the Han River. The three first teams from Vietnam, China and Canada had impressive performances.


From the afternoon, thousands of people flocked to the banks of Han River to wait for the firework
show, causing traffic jams in the city’s hub.











To enjoy fireworks from boats, visitors had to pay VND200,000-300,000 ($10-15).





To get a seat on the roof of high-rise buildings along the Han River, tourists had to pay
VND300,000, the same for a ticket on stands.













People who could not purchase firework tickets went to the riverbanks very early to seek a seat.






















The second show will start at 8.20pm today, April 30, with the performances by
 teams from Italy and France.
