The event, co-hosted by the DoT and the Centre for Thang Long – Hanoi Heritage Conservation, will feature art installations recreating the space of the Old Quarter, old villages and houses in the city, alongside displays of traditional handicrafts and costumes.
A space dedicated to the culture of Hanoians will be modeled on an ancient house surrounded by fences, flowers and greenery. Its interior is for worshipping and tea drinking, a spiritual tradition and cultural pastime still valued by Hanoians today.
A flea market will showcase items dating back as far as one hundred years ago.
A number of music performances are also planned during the event.
