VietNamNet Bridge – Vietnamese representatives at the Best Model of the World competition arrived in Bulgaria on July 23, and took the first shots with other competitors.

Khieu Thi Huyen Trang, the winner of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2010, and Ngoc Tinh, the first prize winner of Vietnam Super Model 2010 are the Vietnamese faces at the event.

The 23rd Best Model of the World is organized in Plovdiv city, Bulgaria from July 23 to 30. The final show will take place on July 30, at the Ancient Roman Theatre of Plovdiv City.

This is a reputed competition to seek potential models for the world catwalks. This year the competition will attract top models from 136 countries in the world.

From an unknown student from Bac Giang province, Khieu Thi Huyen Trang – with the passion for fashion and the dream to become a professional model – participated in the Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2010 and became the winner.

After the event, Trang (1.79m, 82-60-91) has quickly joined the fashion world in Vietnam and performed in many big fashion shows like Elle fashion show, Runway show, Marc Jacobs fashion show, Milano fashion show, Harper’s Bazaar Lifestyle, etc.

Like Huyen Trang, Truong Ngoc Tinh passed many redoubtable male rivals to win the highest prize of the Vietnam Supermodel 2010 competition. Tinh, 23, 1.85m is a second-year student of the Stage and Movies University. He recently won the first prize of the Open Traditional Martial Art Tournament 2011.

After an hour arranging their rooms, they were busy with filming a
short introduction video clip.





The organizing boards chose some models to take some shots to advertise designs
by several famous designers. Ngoc Thinh was selected to perform in swimwear
while Huyen Trang performed with evening gowns.
