Actor Tran Bao Son, actress Ngo Thanh Van, director Le Van Kiet, producer Tran Trong Dan and the film crew participated in many promotional activities for the film in California.

Reportedly, after the premiere in Southern California, the movie will be introduced simultaneously in New York, California, Houston, Texas, Virginia, Illinois ... and many other states.

Producer Tran Trong Dan said the copyright issue is very important. Previously, some Vietnamese films were screened in the US to serve Vietnamese audience there but they were only introduced at several cinemas. This time "House in the Alley" copyright was sold to an American film distributor for screening in its entire systems of cinemas in the U.S.

Producer Tran Trong Dan did not disclose the royalties but it is rumored that the movie was sold for a high price. This is the result of two year negotiations between the producer, actor Tran Bao Son and the US partner.

Tran Bao Son is the most active element in the release of "House in the Alley" in the US. Answering the phone from the U.S., he said excitedly: "I cannot believe the audience's affection for the film. In the premiere, which was held in Southern California, has a large community of Vietnamese people. We only hoped that Vietnamese audiences would come to watch the film. But many foreign audiences came to the premiere. After the show, they stayed to ask for signatures of actors."
