VietNamNet Bridge – The authorities of Da Nang city have discovered documents with forged signatures of the city’s Party Chief Nguyen Ba Thanh, which were used to appropriate land.

According to the management board of the Bach Dang Dong road project, a man named Nguyen Thanh Duc, from Son Tra district, Da Nang, used documents with a faked signature of Mr. Thanh to receive land, which was located for people whose land was withdrawn for the Vo Van Kiet Road project.

Mr. Thanh asked the Bach Dang Dong project management board to hand over the case to police for investigation.

The city’s party chief confirmed that he had never signed or made remarks on any document of any citizen for receiving land. All signatures and remarks under his name on any document related to land for resettlement are forged.

Mr. Thanh asked relevant agencies in Da Nang to strictly deal with these cases.

Previously, the Bach Dang Dong road project management board discovered similar cases. All of them were investigated by police.
