VietNamNet Bridge – Actress and entrepreneur Ly Nha Ky is busily preparing for a fashion show with the participation of two foreign designers and world celebrities.
Ly Nha Ky and Mouna Ayoub at the Paris Fashion Week 2014.
The show – named Lynk Fashion Show – is scheduled on November 11 at the Reunification Palace in Ho Chi Minh City to introduce 40 designs for Spring Summer 2015 by Toni Maticevski (Australia) and Peet Dullaert (Netherlands).
Lynk Fashion Show will host more than 200 special guests, including billionaires, successful businessmen, and artists ... from Europe, Asia and Vietnam.
One of the honored guests will be billionaire Mouna Ayoub, who will stay in Vietnam for five days. Mouna Ayoub, 67, is a well-known French socialite and businesswoman of Lebanese origin. Frequently in the media, she is often a guest of the Cannes film festival and makes headlines in French gossip magazines.
Ly Nha Ky holds model casting for the show.
She has the largest private collection of haute couture in the world, encompassing more than 10,000 items. She never wears the same item of couture twice, and all of the major couture houses maintain a Mouna mannequin for a proper fit in her absence.
The show will have the participation of 30 models who are carefully selected by Ly Nha Ky, former supermodel Thuy Hanh and Thuy Vinh.
Ly Nha Ky said she hopes to turn this show into an annual event, which will have the presence of world-famous celebrities and entrepreneurs.
Ky was appointed the first Tourism Ambassador of Vietnam in 2011. She was credited with successfully promoting Ha Long Bay in the race to gain worldwide recognition as one of the new natural world wonders.
