Four postal service companies  -  Giao Hang Nhanh, Chuyen Phat Nhanh Thuan Phong, TikiNow Smart Logistics, and SPX Express  -  have been fined for engaging in unfair competition.

The National Competition Commission (Ministry of Industry and Trade) recently issued a series of penalty decisions against these companies for actions aimed at attracting customers from competitors, violating Point a, Clause 5, Article 45 of the Law on Competition.

Each company was fined 200 million VND (approximately USD 7,840) for providing misleading information about products and services to lure customers away from other businesses.

In addition to the fines, Giao Hang Nhanh and Chuyen Phat Nhanh Thuan Phong have been ordered to publicly correct the misleading information about their businesses, products, and services on their official websites.

The penalties were issued as follows: SPX Express on June 12, TikiNow Smart Logistics on June 13, while the decisions for GHN and Thuan Phong were announced more recently.

During the investigation, the companies actively cooperated in providing information and documents, and took measures to prevent and mitigate the consequences of their violations.

The National Competition Commission advised postal service businesses to review their promotional and corporate information provided to partners and customers, ensuring it is supported by clear legal and scientific evidence. This, they said, will help prevent risks and ensure compliance with the 2018 Law on Competition’s provisions prohibiting unfair competition.
