VietNamNet Bridge – Four people, including a two-year-old girl, were stabbed to death in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang on Thursday morning.

The suspect has been arrested, said Major General Ho Sy Tien, head of public security ministry’s criminal police department.
The incident took place around 4.30am in Tan Trinh Commune’s Ta Ngao Village, said Nguyen Tien Dung, chairman of Quang Bình District’s People’s Committee.
Phu Minh Tuan, 32, allegedly attacked his family members Phu Lao Ta, 59, Phu Thi Nguyet, 2, Tai Thi Mo, 51, and Phu Lao San, 16, with a knife. A neighbour, Phu Van Thinh, who attempted to stop Tuan was also stabbed.
Four of the five victims died of injuries. Only Phu Lao San has survived the stabbing and is in hospital.
Dung said the cause of the incident is not yet known, but said that Tuan had psychological problems. Investigations are underway.
