Establishing a partnership with Creatio, FPT Software will have opportunities to access Creatio’s platforms, technologies and support programs to deliver tailored no-code solutions to customers.
Creatio’s products are developed on Quantum architecture, which has elements that can be separated or combined as ordered by clients. The technology is expected to establish a new era in business automation thanks to its flexibility in adapting to specific questions, according to Creatio.
The technology shortens the time to deploy digital solutions in businesses compared to traditional methods because it does not require coding skills.
Currently, all of Creatio's solutions for CRM (customer relationship management) and other specialized applications are built with this approach.
The cooperation with Creatio will also allow Creatio’s customers to take full advantage of FPT Software’s high-quality workforce, consisting of 1,500 experts in low-code (a software development approach that requires little to no coding to build applications and processes).
Meanwhile, FPT Software will optimize its advantages in a variety of services in banking, finance and insurance with a network of human resources in over 30 countries.
“We are witnessing increasingly high demand for no-code solutions in the North American market. Our goal is lifting the technical burden on organizations and ensuring easy and cost-efficient deployment of digital solutions, helping to reduce costs and improve enterprises’ efficiency,” said Dang Tran Phuong, deputy CEO of FPT Software.
He said the collaboration will help FPT Software’s clients in the region and the rest of the world have more comprehensive solutions to grasp business opportunities amid the digital technology boom.
FPT Software is a partner of low-code giants such as OutSystems, Microsoft PowerApps, Mendix and Salesforce.
In 2023, FPT Software reached its goal of obtaining $1 billion of revenue from IT services from overseas markets.
The unceasing expansion and enhancement of cooperation with many big names in the world is expected to create distinct competitive advantages to conquer large-scale digital transformation projects.
FPT Software has set a goal of obtaining $5 billion worth of revenue by 2030 and improving its position in the group of global multi-billion-dollar IT firms. With what it has gained so far and the solid foundation it has built, the goal proves to be within reach.
