VietNamNet Bridge - From March 1 to December 31 this year, passengers holding airline tickets or boarding passes will be provided with the free sleepbox service 12.30 - 13:30pm daily at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi.

The free service is supplied by the Vietnam Aviation Tourism Company (VATC) at the Terminal T1 (4-5 pods) and Terminal 2 (2-3 pods). The total number of passengers who can use the free service is from 12 to 16 people a day.

To experience the service, passengers must fill a form and email it to the sleeping pod service division to get the verification email.

"If passengers cancel the reservation for any reason, change booking information, or do not show at the time of check-in, the service registration will be canceled automatically," VATC noted.

The service at the Noi Bai International Airport was launched in July 2014, with 20 rooms at present. This service is for passengers whose flights are delayed, canceled or those who must wait for their flights.

The charges for the sleeping pods at the T1 terminal is VND130,000 ($6) per hour (single room), VND150,000 ($7) per hour (double room) and VND160,000 ($7.5) per hour (double room) at the T2 Terminal.
