The free service will be provided by the Khanh Hoa branch of the Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Group (VNPT) from July 1-31.
With 28 stations, wifi will be accessible along more than 3 kilometres of the beach from Nha Trang Airport to the Lao Dong Cultural House.
The Nha Trang Sea Festival, held from July 11-14, will feature dozens of culture, sports and tourism activities such as an exhibition on marine cultural heritage; a document display on the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos; the semi-final round of the Miss Universe Vietnam; and salangane nest, wine and embroidery festivals.
Other highlights will include a street festival, a music programme on seas and islands and performances by foreign arts troupes.
As one of the largest events in the city, the biennial seventh festival is part of efforts to preserve and promote sea-related cultural values. It is expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors.
Known for beautiful Nha Trang Bay and a mild climate, Nha Trang city is the main tourist destination in Khanh Hoa.
