Réhahn told Vietnam News that the exhibition will open at 4.30pm with a book signing session at 78 Le Duan street in Da Nang on June 6.
He said 26 of his photos will be displayed.
Entrance to the exhibition is free from 7.30am to 5.30pm through June 6-18.
The French photographer also launched his latest private art gallery at 26 Phan Boi Chau street in the ancient town of Hoi An in early January.
“I was inspired to do this project because I believe there are many layers to a person and that their years and their long life story enrich the lives of others. It feels even more true here in Vietnam, where I find old women incredibly strong. They worked hard most of their life, but despite the hardships, they are not only very warming, kind and generous but also extremely funny, and cheeky as would young girls,” he said on his Facebook page.
“They say that ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’ and as a photographer, I think that there is something that transcends the modern perceptions of what beauty is. I want to show you the deeper side of humanity, something that has ageless beauty,” he continued.
The museum hopes that the exhibition would lure tourists during busy summer holidays.
