On June 18, the My Dinh stadium management board accepted the rent of VND800 million ($40,000), but claimed 50 percent of VIP rooms in the Arsenal-national team game. Finally, the VFF had to accept the claim.

The stadium has 22 VIP rooms. Five rooms will be preserved for fixed VIPs so the VFF and My Dinh stadium will share the remaining 17 rooms.

Finally, the contract was signed, closing the tragicomic story that lasted for more than a week. This really is a lesson to both the VFF and My Dinh stadium but nobody can ensure that a similar case will happen in the future if the VFF and the stadium do not build a price table.

Also on June 20 the organizing board of the friendly game had a meeting in Ho Chi Minh City to discuss related issues, particularly tickets.

To avoid "ticket speculation," the organizers will closely monitor ticket agents. It is expected that more than 10,000 tickets will be sold directly to fans on one day (July 7). Buyers will have to show ID cards and each person will be able to buy up to two tickets.
