This year’s fair gathers more than 200 exhibitors

The 3rd Vietnam ASEAN International Furniture & Home Accessories Fair - VIFA ASEAN 2025, held under the theme “Gathering all best Southeast Asian furniture,” will take place from August 26 to 29, 2025, at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This event is more than just a product showcase; it is also the most anticipated trade gathering in August, featuring a wide range of engaging and dynamic activities for all participants.

VIFA ASEAN 2025 launches Asia’s biggest autumn furniture fair series, which includes notable events such as KOFURN (South Korea), MFFM (Malaysia), CIFF, Maison Shanghai, Furniture China (China), and IFFINA (Indonesia).

This year’s VIFA ASEAN gathers more than 200 exhibitors from cities and provinces across Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Dong Nai, Dak Lak, Hung Yen, Long An, and Dong Thap. The fair also welcomes international participants from countries and regions such as Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, the United States, China, India, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

VIFA ASEAN 2025 also receives enthusiastic participation from numerous government and trade organizations, departments of industry and trade, and associations both domestically and internationally.

VIFA ASEAN 2025 welcomes thousands of local and international visitors

VIFA ASEAN 2025 showcases an impressively diverse range of products, including indoor and outdoor furniture, home decor and handicrafts, interior design and construction trends, as well as machinery, equipment, raw materials, and related services.

The event expects to welcome more than 10,000 visitors and buyers. To ensure a convenient and productive experience for international attendees, the organizers offer multiple support services. These include direct assistance at Tan Son Nhat Airport from August 24 to 27, 2025, a free two-way shuttle bus running between First Hotel, New World Hotel, and SECC from August 26 to 28, and a complimentary Factory Visit Tour on August 27 and 28. The tour allows foreign buyers to directly observe production lines at Hiep Long Furniture and Craftsman Kitchen Components.

In addition, a series of expert-led seminars will take place on August 27 and 28, 2025, focusing on two important topics: “Export markets & global policies” and “Green standards & new product changes.” These sessions are designed to provide up-to-date insights and trends in the furniture industry, helping both exhibitors and buyers make informed production and business decisions.

Particularly noteworthy is the debut of the exclusive One on One Business Matching program, launched for the first time at VIFA ASEAN 2025. This program will be conducted both offline (in-person at SECC) and online, helping exhibitors connect with global buyers. This hybrid format enables foreign companies unable to attend in person to efficiently find suitable suppliers.

To commemorate their visit, attendees can receive one of 2,000 exclusive gifts at the ASEAN HOUSE (Booth No. AA16). By taking photos, checking in, sharing their experiences online, and following VIFA ASEAN’s social channels, visitors can receive these memorable souvenirs while spreading word about the event.

During the opening ceremony, Lien Minh Company - the organizer of both VIFA ASEAN and VIFA EXPO - will be awarded a certificate by the Vietnam Records Organization. The certificate recognizes VIFA EXPO as “the annual, long-established international furniture and home accessories fair brand with the largest scale in Vietnam (from 2008 to present).”
