VietNamNet Bridge – Amateurs will compete in the Viet Nam Amateur Golf Championship at Quang Nam Province's Montgomerie Links from today to Sunday.

As scheduled, 174 golfers will participate in four 18-hole rounds, of which the best 50 after two opening rounds will compete for top honours.

The organising committee will give Gross Division awards to Vietnamese and foreign players, including team prizes and those in the net division. The championship will be broadcast live on Viet Nam Television (VTV), HCM City Television and Sai Gon Cable Television.

YBA charity golf tournament for disabled kids

YBA Golf Tournament II, organized by HCMC Young Entrepreneurs Association in collaboration with Ballantine’s, will be held at 9:30 a.m. on September 14 at Twin Doves golf course, 68 Tran Ngoc Lan Street in Binh Duong Province to raise money for children in need.

  This is an activity for young entrepreneurs to meet, exchange, share experiences, discuss business and relax as they walk around the lush fairways.

  The event aims to raise money for poor kids and disabled children to help them go to school and to live a better quality of life.
