Final preparations are underway for the installation of a 30,000-seat grandstand and stage at Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi) to serve the upcoming military parade and march celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day on September 2.
The grandstands, staging system, and LED screens have taken shape as construction intensifies in preparation for the national parade.
According to the plan, the venue will accommodate approximately 30,000 people, with four large LED screens installed around the area to ensure clear visibility for all attending delegates.
The largest grandstand is situated directly in front of the National Assembly building, positioned along Doc Lap (Independence) Street.
On-site, hundreds of tons of equipment and materials have been delivered to ensure uninterrupted construction progress.
The grandstand is being assembled with five-tiered scaffolding, designed for structural stability and crowd safety.
Workers are pushing forward with installations despite the hot weather conditions, working diligently to stay on schedule.
The grandstand system is being completed in a synchronized design. Seats are gradually being fitted across the iron frames as the structure nears completion.
The main stage, located next to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, is also in its final stages. New lighting systems, lawns, sidewalks, and decorative lamp posts have been installed, ensuring the venue is fully prepared for this major national event.
