VietNamNet Bridge – The special garden of a veteran surprised many people. In a small alley on Au Co Road, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, hundreds of bonsais are displayed.

The owner of these bonsais is Mr Do Duc Toan, 58. The garden of bonsais is the result of 20 years of Toan’s effort and care.

Toan said that his home is narrow so he makes bonsai. To have more space for bonsais, he puts them on shelves and any available space.

He ussd a special stone to make rock-gardens then transplants the trees and arranges animal statues to create miniature landscapes.
