Le Van Ke waters the seven-hectare paddy field two times a day.  With more than 30 years’ experience in paddy farming, this job has helped him relive the old days

Around 70 workers of Le Thanh Co. Ltd. are growing paddy, cucurbit, cabbage, water-fern, flowers, lotus, dismanthus, water lilies and water hyacinth, as well as some fruit trees on the green field. But the products are not for sale but for the Phu My Hung Flower Street, which will be opened to public viewing during the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday, or Tet.

For these workers, who used to be farmers, this is a great opportunity to relive the old days in the middle of a modern urban area.
